Transparent pricing:

You will see a copy of every Subcontractor/Supplier estimate and invoice.

We create a budget and our Fee is a percentage of hard costs (GC Fee). The total GC Fee is determined before we break ground and will not increase (outside of Change Orders). There is no incentive to inflate costs.

The home builder you hire will only be as good as their Superintendent and Project Manager are. There is high turnover in these positions in this area. Your Superintendent will not be working on several other homes while tending to your home. This guarantees eagle eye supervision which prevents errors and cut corners. They are vested in the project which ensures their loyalty and they are well motivated to finish the job efficiently and expertly.

By not having management spread too thin, it pays for itself by eliminating mistakes, increasing quality and efficiency.

Your Superintendent and Project Manager will know your plans as well as we know the backs of our hands. Prior to ground breaking, we go through the plans with a fine tooth comb and communicate any questions and potential incongruities with the Architect, Engineer and Designer. This ensures we are not scrambling on the job looking for answers to questions that could have been resolved weeks prior, or proceeding with unclarified plans only to have to change it in the future.

We pay our Subcontractors in a timely manner. This ensures we are at the top of the list when we need them to perform.

We buy materials directly from Suppliers as we are able. This practice eliminates the possibility of liens due to non payment and prevents Subs from adding their own markup to the product.

With many trades, we are able to cut out the middle man without sacrificing quality. This enables us to increase efficiency and lower costs for you.

No trade will ever walk onto a job site without first providing proof of active liability insurance and proof of compliance with Utah workers compensation requirements.

We will be happy to meet with you and your Architect and Designers as another set of eyes. We may or may not be needed, but it’s always good to make sure to work out any potential issues prior to commencement. We can also offer expertise on the feasibility of certain ideas.

We have decades of combined experience building luxury homes in Park City and Coral Gables/Palm Beach, Florida. We thoroughly enjoy what we do and it shows in our final product.
